This is a really good product for zesting or fine grating. It does not clog and is a breeze to clean. I especially like how well it works on hard cheese. I highly recommend this product.

I really love this little gadget. So far I have only used this for carrots and I get the perfect julienned strips from it. I would definitely recommend but be careful as it is very sharp.
